I was given the assignment to review condoms for our site. As a complete advocate for the use of condoms, for all reasons–from staying healthy, to easy clean-up, to a smooth transition from ass to pussy play, from toy to toy, from partner to partner– I was especially excited to try out the Magic Profil condom, which comes from a Sweden, and is vegan.

The Magic Profil made its way to me via The O!Zone Condom Shop–the exclusive American importer of RFSU condoms from Sweden. My lover, while not Swedish, also happens to be vegan so I was expecting full enthusiasm. However, as with many men who’ve been spoiled by other methods of birth-control, he needed a little persuasion. Don’t worry, though. I found that by the time I got through with him and a pair of wrist shackles, he was begging for me to put it on him.

First I should say, these condoms are long. Inhumanly long. Made me giggle for a second and wonder if there’s something I haven’t heard about Swedish men that might be interesting. These condoms are made of latex plastic, and are lubricated, and I found the smell initially a little plastic-y. Now, sometimes this is a running theme in general; using a condom will occasionally give me the feeling that my lover is using a plastic dildo on me rather than his cock.

Don’t get me wrong, I love the feel of a slick dildo sliding in and out of me, (and if I were using these condoms, it could be an extra-long dildo!) especially when there is a sexy woman on the other end of it, but when I have the living breathing option, I like to feel the nuances and pulses of him.

This was not an issue with Magic Profil. In fact at one point, I asked him to stop, because I was certain he had trust through the end of it! Not so! The feel was just that subtle. Yumm.

These condoms come in a discreet thin sleeve, and each of the three-pack tears off to be roughly the size of a stick of gum, super easy to slip into that adorable (impractically) little clutch you have for a hot night out.
