And it was like the rain beating down against my skin. The cane in perfect rhythm with Mother Nature. Tapping. Tickling. Then thrashing. Stinging. Washing away my imperfections, just as the storm outside my window cleansed the streets.

The Master’s Choice Sr 28” Rattan Cane by CANE-IAC is pretty easy for my play-partner (who is new at caning) to control. It isn’t too whippy, and he is able to strike with intended force in intended location again and again and again.

While I’m definitely a slut for bastinado (the wondrous art of foot caning), and will beg for it most any day over a hot-oil massage, I haven’t had much other experience being caned or caning others. Thankfully, the Cane Master & the Cane Mistress at CANE-IAC are working with me to remedy my lil’ problem. Hee.

While I was enjoying their Master’s Choice Sr 28” Rattan Cane, I kept flashing to Zen meditation practice or time in the ballet studio doing relevés to the beat. The perfect tick of the metronome from my classical music lessons came back. Full orchestra rehearsals before a big show or solo. How often does a craving overtake you? How often are you consumed by the desire to escape into the solace of the Golden Ratio or that perfect rhythm? Whether giving or receiving, canes can help you get to that luscious, deviant happy-place.

As someone new to the world of caning, I recommend starting out with a light(er) touch, and a steady, consistent beat. At least, that’s what worked best for me where the Master’s Choice Sr 28” Rattan Cane was concerned. The steady rhythm boiling my blood and turning my porcelain skin a rosy pink.

A tender, slight burn starting to form as the wetness pools between my legs and my clit begins to throb in sync. My body turns into an orchestra until my lips betray me. And is the rattan cane part of the orchestra? Is it the conductor? Section leader? Or is it tuning me?

Harder, I whisper. And my voice rises at the end as if to imply the invisible question mark.

I don’t yet know my threshold of pain with canes. I can say that they make me wet. Extremely wet. They calm my mind, too.

Canes also do other things to me: I get giddy when I hear the Master’s Choice Sr 28″ Rattan Cane smack my flesh, feel my body jump from the shock of it, and bear witness to my own screams. It relaxes my muscles. And when I stand up after a session, I am taller, longer, leaner. More me. More present. Juices dripping down my thighs…

Caning is an art. Being caned is a practice.
