A Raspberry for Your Ass

I am not sure what led to the Ass-Berries design line by Rocks Off, but I imagine the conversation went something like this:

Boss: We should make a cute butt plug that is good for first time users, and it should also vibrate.

Underling: We should shape it like an oversized raspberry, and then call it the Ass-Berry!

And so the Ass-Berry Raspberry Vibrator came into being, and it does a great job doing exactly what it was designed to do.

It makes a great beginning anal toy. Up until the point where my partner put it up my ass, I hadn’t had anything inserted larger than a finger, and it went in very easily with some lube & minimal prep. It also did an excellent job of vibrating.

The fine print at the bottom of the package reads, “Includes the Award-Winning RO-80mm Bullet Vibe.”  Whatever awards that little motor earned, it is well-deserving of them.

And for those guys, straight or otherwise, that enjoy a little anal stimulation, the Ass-Berry Raspberry Vibrator gets the job done; it does it well; and it feels damn good. It is easy to clean up, too. 

Although taking a look at it, you might think the ridges and texturing may make it less-than-ideal to clean, they did a great job making it just textured enough to make it look & feel great, without making it any harder to clean.

Some things to look out for: The top of the Ass-Berry Raspberry Vibrator is wider and more rounded than your “standard-issue” anal vibrator, so it is more important to lube both you and the sex toy up first.  Although it has the same basic shape of a stereotypical butt plug, with a narrow part for your sphincter to grasp, in my opinion, it is sloped too gently on each side, making it easy to push out, and even worse, too easy to push too far in and lose the Ass-Berry entirely inside your ass.

As this could lead to very embarrassing conversations with the ER nurse, if I had designed this toy I would have made the bottom flange larger, and perhaps shaped like a leaf from the Ass-Berry Raspberry bush.

It also retails for about $35, which makes it slightly pricy, in my humble opinion, but as long as you have some spare cash, and are careful not to push too hard, this little toy can lead to some huge toe-curling orgasms.
