The Evil Punisher, as it’s dubbed, is an impact-toy that will get your toes curling, your juices flowing, and you moaning and screaming in all the right ways. Or your play-partner(s)’.
It’s crafted from 32 rattan canes that are about ¼” each in diameter, and roughly 22” long. Mine had 36 rattan canes, and yes, I counted.
The Evil Punisher
It features a woven red and black patent leather handle (that is 7.5” long) with an attached braided wrist-strap that can also be used to hang up the Evil Punisher when not in use. I love this toy because you can get multiple sensations out of it, and multi-purpose use on impact-toys like this is great in my book.
When using the Evil Punisher, it’s good to know that the closer to the handle, the more the canes band together and act like one cane for impact-play. The closer to the opposite end, the whippier the Evil Punisher is, and the more the canes flay out, leaving a distinct sensation from each of the 36 canes (or 32, if that’s what you got).
The Evil Punisher makes a great sound as it’s whipped through the air, and you can hear it slicing through it. It can be used fairly gently on the ass or thighs, especially if you take advantage of the bounce you get from it and stick to the half closest to the handle when aiming.
It lives out its namesake, however, if you put some muscle behind it, and aim so that the loose ends of the canes make contact with flesh. You or your play partner(s) will be left with plenty of welts and that satisfying rosy glow. Don’t forget the aftercare!
Since there are 30-some canes comprising the Evil Punisher, if you treat this toy well, it’s less likely to break than a single rattan cane because the individual canes are more flexible and impact is being distributed over the bunch of them.
But like any rattan cane impact-toy, if you use this long enough or hard enough, I’m going to go ahead and assume that the canes will break. For as much enjoyment that the Evil Punisher offers, and at such a reasonable price, it’s no big deal to love it for all its worth!

This sounds like you would have to really know your partners limits… My partner in the BD scene and I had a few code words.. one was for too hard , one for just right and one for can do it harder.. recommend that you develop you some codes when using this…
Yes, Charlie… I recommend that most people use safe-words in all of their play. You're right about a toy like this really requiring both partners to know each other beyond well. I've learned that for myself, I'm not comfortable playing with those that don't know me incredibly well. For me, it's a given and part of the safety and pleasure of a scene to have that knowledge of my play-partner, and vice-versa.
