A little while back, I wrote a post on how I’m not afraid to steal sex toys from the boys. That hasn’t changed, Lovelies. For the second post in the series, I bring you a review of the World-famous Aneros MGX. This ingenious lil’ toy is also known as “the male g-spot stimulator,” which makes me giggle more than a little bit.

First, a short anatomy lesson.
The G-spot, coined in 1981, is a term to describe the female erogenous zone located on the inner (anterior) vaginal wall. It is so named for Ernst Gräfenberg, a German gynecologist, who did noted work in the field of female sexual arousal. (And no; we don’t have to talk about how most of his work centered around the urethra. You good? I’m good.) It would serve all of us to know that the female G-spot is comparable in biological structure to the male prostate.

In 2001, the term “female prostate” was accepted by the International Federation of Associations of Anatomists and encompasses the Skene’s gland in the G-spot area. That said, there is no male Gräfenberg-spot. The male prostate has been unofficially dubbed such because of its ability to serve as an erogenous zone. But really, I’d be much more comfortable if they were to call Aneros “the male p-spot stimulator.” It’s been causing mass confusion among men, especially. And then they come to me asking about their Gräfenberg-spot, and I have to be the one to explain that they don’t have one per se.

I’m not gonna complain too much, though. Their wonky labeling encouraged me to take it for a test-drive where my G-spot is concerned, so onward we will go! That said, I’m not sure I can explain exactly why it is that I love the Aneros MGX for vaginal penetration (and stimulation) so much. It’s a relatively lightweight piece of medical-grade molded hard-plastic. While its design is cute (I do think so, thankyouverymuch), holding it in your hand leaves you wondering just how it’s going to satisfy you in the sack.

AnerosThe Aneros MGX has 4″ of insertable length, and measures 1″ across, at its widest point. It’s a slim toy, with a girth of pi (again, at its widest point). For comparison purposes, it’s just under the average size of two fingers, but with much, much more textural variation!

It glided into my pussy effortlessly without any application of external lube; my juices proved lubricant enough. And it wasn’t long at all before the Aneros MGX had me squiriting up a storm! Hallelujah for G-spot orgasm & female ejaculation!

For you ladies wanting to try out the Aneros, I suggest inserting it reverse of how the packaging suggests it best-suited for the (male) p-spot. That is, make sure that the inside line of its arc is pointing toward the sky (aka the inner, anterior wall of your pussy) so your G-spot can be lavished and caressed.

The little, swirly curls on the Aneros provide superb external clitoral and perineum stimulation simultaneous to the delights you experience internally.

The Aneros is a great toy for women to work their PC muscles with. Every contraction of your Kegels will rock the Aneros against your G-spot causing the most exquisite pressure and friction. If your muscles are toned enough, you can even get the Aneros to slide in and out of you (as you can do with most sex toys), and that is heavenly.

Looking for some additional pleasure-sparks? Grab your favorite vibe, and get ready to rumble! The vibrations will ripple down from your clit over the sweet swirls of the Aneros and create a surprisingly strong vibration inside your pussy. Also, if you happen to like that feeling of added stimulation as you go about your day, feel free to wear the Aneros around with you. Pair it with an anal plug, and you’ll stay in that heightened orgasmic space the whole day through!

Care & Feeding: Clean your hypo-allergenic, non-porous, phthalate-free Aneros with warm water and mild soap before and after each use. To sterilize it thoroughly, wipe it down with isopropyl alcohol or use a 10% bleach solution to wipe it down, and then rinse thoroughly. Do not boil the Aneros. The Aneros MGX also makes a wonderful anal toy for women, so I hear. If you’re inclined to use it as an insertable for both vaginal and anal use, make sure to sterilize it completely before switching. The Aneros MGX is compatible with your favorite silicone, water-based or oil-based lubricant.
