The Submission Bracelet, as it’s so dubbed, is one of the newest goodies that Flog Me, Baby! sent my way for review. I requested it, as silicone bracelets are everywhere these days, and I thought I’d get a kick out of wearing one in the context of sex-positivity.
I was right. I absolutely love it. The text on the bracelet is debossed, and all black like the band, so it’s relatively subtle when you want it to be. I do wish it was named differently, because not all submissives desire or enjoy flogging, and not all of those who enjoy being flogged are submissive, but c’est la vie, I suppose. The word submissive or submission is not printed anywhere on the actual bracelet, so wear it with the freedom of your own identity and orientation and don’t worry about the rest.

THE Submission Bracelet.
It has a 2.5 inch diameter, and is stretchy enough to fit most (read: basically anyone), yet retains its shape no matter how many times you find yourself putting it on and taking it off. The front-and-center text says Flog Me Baby in CAPS, and is provocative in all the right ways.
Wearing it seems to make my fire burn a little bit brighter, and I find myself curious as to who will notice it every time I go out with it on my wrist. It reminds me of the Blue Star Tattoos a little bit. It’s a symbol for those who know to look for it, and nearly invisible to those that don’t. The grammarian in me desperately aches for a comma between “Flog Me” and “Baby,” but I’m coming to make peace with it as-is. Hee.
It is incredibly comfortable, and once I slipped it on the first time, I wore it 24/7 for weeks. I love that I can take it in the shower and tub with me, swimming, and even through the rain without worry. And for you domesticity sluts, no need to take it off while washing dishes, either! Win.
This bracelet is made of 100% recycled silicone, so it’s therefore eco-friendly, hypo-allergenic and phthalate-free. What more could you want in a cute lil bracelet? I have rubber sensitivities (and metal and and and…) so I appreciate that this is something I can wear. After thoroughly testing it out, I’m proud to say that I don’t react to it one bit. Hooray!
You can wash it with soap and warm water if it gets grungy, toss it in the dishwasher, or even boil it, if you feel so inclined. It can be a bit of a lint-magnet, so when you’re not wearing it, store it in a plastic baggie or some other pouch.
Pick a Submission Bracelet up at Flog Me, Baby! for yourself or a friend with your spare pocket-change, and start strutting your sex-positivity everywhere you go. You can find it on the bottom of this page.

[...] Steve of FlogMeBaby was kind enough to leave a little gem of a comment on my review of their Submission Bracelet in Proclaim Your Kinky Desires! [...]
Hi, this is Steve from FlogMeBaby. Ok, I have to agree with you (and onintimacy) about the comma. It was actually a conscious decision to leave it out, though, because you can't put commas in website names. Thus, since we're http://www.FlogMeBaby.com, we decided to keep the branding consistent.
On another note, we are pleased that this little symbolic bracelet has been well received by the community. So, of any of your readers are interested, we have a special offer just for them. For the next 10 unique customers who visit our web site and contact us via the site requesting a bracelet, we'll send out out to them ABSOLUTELY FREE. No shipping charges, no charge at all.

I am so with you about the comma. Glad to know I'm not the only neurotic grammarian!
